Privacy Policy

• Account details: your email address and your display name. Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider.
• If you choose Google sign-in: the name, email address and profile image Google shares with us.
• Brand and story answers: your Quick Start and Level Up answers, content pillars, and the facts you ask the AI to get right.
• Content you create or save: scripts, hooks, library items and notes.
• Daily planner entries: priorities, reflections, wins, habits and similar logs.
• Photos and files you upload, such as a profile photo or vision board images.
• Your settings and preferences.

Your information is used to run the studio and show you your own data, to write content with AI when you ask for it, to keep the service secure and fair (including daily AI usage limits), and to answer your emails. We do not sell your information.

When you ask the studio to write something, the idea you typed and the relevant parts of your brand answers are sent to Anthropic, the company that provides the AI, so it can write the text. Anthropic handles that information under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not use your content to train AI models.

AI can make mistakes. Please read everything it writes and edit it before you post. Daily AI usage limits apply to every account.

Other users cannot see your information. Each account can only read its own data, and this is enforced in the database. Uploaded files are kept in private folders that belong to your account.

The site owner and the services that run the studio can technically access stored data in order to operate it, fix problems and keep it secure. We do not look at your content except to help with a problem you ask us about, to keep the service safe, or if the law requires it. To confirm: that you are comfortable with this statement.

• Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage.
• Vercel: hosting.
• Anthropic: the AI that writes content.
• Google: only if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Your browser's notification service: only if you turn on browser notifications.

Each of these has its own privacy policy.

We use cookies to keep you signed in and your browser's storage for preferences such as your theme. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.

We keep your information until you delete your account.

You can delete your account at any time. Open the account menu, find the Danger zone, type DELETE and confirm. This permanently removes your account, your data and your uploaded files, and it cannot be undone. Backups kept by our database provider may take some time to clear completely. You can also email kat@katiaroman.com to ask for help.

Connections to the studio use HTTPS, and access to your data is limited to your own account. No online service is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and tell us right away if you notice anything that looks wrong.

You can change your name and password in the account menu. To ask for a copy of your information or a correction, email kat@katiaroman.com. To confirm: that you will answer these requests by email.

Presence Studio is not meant for children. To confirm: the minimum age, for example 18.

If this page changes, we will update the date at the top. For significant changes we will tell you in the app or by email.
