You are responsible for your account and your password, and for giving accurate details when you sign up. To confirm: the minimum age, for example 18.

You own what you enter and create in the studio. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the studio for you, including sending it to our AI provider when you ask the studio to write something.

Content from the AI is a starting point. It can be wrong, incomplete or similar to what others receive. You are responsible for reading it, editing it, and for anything you choose to post.

The studio does not give legal, financial, medical or business advice, and it does not promise any result, such as followers, sales or income.

• Do not break the law or use the studio to harass or mislead people.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
• Do not try to reach another person's data, or to disrupt or overload the service.
• Do not use the studio to write false claims, fake reviews or invented results.

Each account has a daily AI allowance so the studio stays available to everyone. The allowance can change over time, and it resets every day.

The studio is provided as it is. Features may change, and there may be times it is unavailable. We will do our best to keep it running and your data safe.

You can delete your account at any time from the account menu. We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.

To the extent the law allows, Presence Studio is not responsible for indirect or lost business, income or data that results from using it. To confirm: this wording with a lawyer.

If these terms change, we will update the date at the top. For significant changes we will tell you in the app or by email.
